At The Little OT Co, we offer both direct and indirect occupational therapy supports to provide high-quality services tailored to your child's interests, needs and occupation-focused goals. Below is a breakdown of our services and associated fees to help you plan your child's journey with us.

Price Guide

Initial Appointments

Initial assessment to understand needs, and set therapy goals.

$226.30 for 70 minutes, including:
50 minutes of face-to-face therapy
20 minutes of indirect time for essential tasks that support therapy, including, intervention planning, assessment scoring and record keeping.

Ongoing Appointments

Goal-directed occupational therapy sessions designed to support ongoing progress.

$226.30 for 70 minutes, including:
50 minutes of face-to-face therapy
20 minutes of indirect time for essential tasks that support therapy, including, intervention planning, cleaning and sanitising equipment and record keeping.

Documentation & Indirect Supports

Occupational therapy documentation and indirect supports may include NDIS review reports, letters for Paediatricians, kindergartens, or schools, progress summaries, preparing resources, home programs, liaising with educators and health care professionals, and comprehensive reports.

These documents and supports are completed outside of therapy sessions to ensure they are detailed and tailored to meet individual needs.

$193.99 per hour of therapist time, billed pro rata depending on the complexity and time required
Please note: NDIS review reports require a minimum of 2.5 hours to complete.

Mobile Appointments

Where appropriate and upon request, we may also offer mobile visits to your child's kindy, school or home. These visits are designed to accomodate children who may benefit from therapy in a familiar environment to achieve their goals. If a mobile visit is appropriate, The Little OT Co will discuss and arrange the details with you.

Travel for mobile visits charged in addition to therapy session fee, and at the same hourly rate of therapist time.

$48.50 for the first 16 minutes.
$16.17 for each additional 5 minutes

Assessment Report

Comprehensive assessment and report that serves as a foundation for the occupational therapy process and is often required for planning, funding, or coordination with other professionals or support systems.

Following the assessment, your occupational therapist will prepare a detailed report, which summarises needs, current abilities, current occupational performance, assessments, therapy goals, and recommendations.

$850 for a full assessment and report

Please note that all fees are subject to review and are aligned with the NDIS Price Guide and industry standards.

Effective from 1 January 2025

We support families accessing occupational therapy services through NDIS Funding (both self-managed and plan-managed), Medicare (Chronic Disease Management) as recommended by your GP, private health insurance or or self funded by families. Payment is required at the time of service delivery, and subject to our Cancellation Policy.
